3. User Accounts

Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan

We offer a free plan with limited features. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

Paid Plans

• Payment is processed through Stripe on a monthly basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused service
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Monitor websites without legal right to do so
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

• Accuracy or completeness of monitored data
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Spywidow harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.
